1 MPJE Review
The ProntoPass® guarantee is good for one year from the date of purchase or until you take the MPJE, whichever comes first. We guarantee one (1) state only. You must return your registration card within 14 days of purchase and on the registration card you will identify which state you want this guarantee to apply to. Should you be unsuccessful, we will work with you until you pass or give you a refund, your choice. If you would like a refund, we simply ask that you promptly (received within 2 weeks of test date), return your package with a copy of your results and a copy of your college diploma showing that you graduated from a U.S College of Pharmacy with a Pharm D degree. Sorry, guarantee does not apply to those required to take the FPGEE (Foreign graduates).
The maximum refund is limited to $157.95. There is NO CASH REFUND on digital orders. In the event a student is unsuccessful with MPJE from a digital order we will offer to work with the student until he/she passes.

- RETURN POLICY -
We have a NO return policy. Any items returned will not be credited. We have this no return policy for two reasons: Our package consists of multiple parts but the core consists of two items: the State Statutes that we organize better for reading and studying and our State Law Review which consists of our Questions and Answers. With these two items, we print to order. We only print after we have received the order. We do this because 1) State Boards of Pharmacy are now changing their statutes anytime they want compared to once a year as it was a while back. We work hard to make sure that each order has current study material and 2) unfortunately there are a few who would copy our material and try to return it.
